The well-known Chinese dim sum teahouse Yauatcha is excited to announce its celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, a traditional Chinese event. Yauatcha is launching a special menu in recognition of this important occasion that features a delicious combination of cuisines and ethnic customs.

The zongzi, a pyramid-shaped glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in lotus leaves and typically served during the Dragon Boat Festival, is the star of the Dragon Boat Menu. Five unique varieties of zongzi have been skilfully developed by Yauatcha’s culinary staff to entice the guests’ taste buds. There is something for everyone to enjoy on the menu, which offers vegetarian and standard selections.

This limited edition menu consists of dishes like Black Truffle and Porcini Mushroom Sticky Rice, Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf, Prawn and Water Chestnut Sticky Rice, Braised Pork Belly in Lotus Leaf, Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf accompanied by either Chicken, Prawn, or Shiitake Mushroom, Cantonese Steamed Custard Bun and many more.

Yauatcha has teamed up with renowned artist Alapan Saha from Kolkata to produce customized dim sum baskets in an effort to uplift the holiday mood and honor Chinese history. The dining experience will be enhanced by these hand-painted baskets, which will highlight the craftsmanship and meticulousness for which Yauatcha is renowned.

The Yauatcha Dragon Boat event, which runs through July 12th, immerses visitors in a lively ambiance, elevates the dining area, and fosters a festive and joyful atmosphere.
