Yauatcha, Kolkata has come up with a special menu to honor the Chinese heritage by celebrating The Dragon Boat Festival. It is also a metaphor for the summer solstice in the country. The month-long limited edition menu crafted by Head Chef Kushal Lama consists of an array of vibrant delicacies including the traditional Zongzi dim sum.

The exclusive menu highlights delicacies like Chicken Zongzi dumpling, Vegetarian Zongzi dumpling, Mainland Zongzi dumpling, Hakka noodle with scallion oil, Stir fry French bean with jelly ear mushrooms and Oyster sauce, and Crispy St Peter’s fish with Thai chili sauce.

The dessert option includes Szechuan peppercorn ice cream, pecan nut, and jasmine tea-infused tapioca.
