Zee Bangla’s Aparajita Apu To Showcase Apu’s Struggle Towards Fulfilling Her Dreams
The dreams in the life of a woman have been utterly disregarded since times immemorial. They are expected to fall into a mold that is set by society. However, the undaunted spirit of women has stood up against societal pressures and ill practices. They have ultimately able to live up to your dreams.
Apu is a lively girl living in the suburbs. Her family consists of her father, mother, brother, and sister. Her father believes that the son must be educated and get a job to support the family. The daughter meanwhile must get married and take care of her family.
But Apu dreams differently. She wants to become independent. She wants to complete her studies, gets a government job, and support her family. When the in-laws ask for dowry at Apu’s sister Suparna’s marriage, she threatens them legally and does not allow them to break the marriage.
Dipu comes into her life. Dipu is Suparna’s brother-in-law. He abides by every word that his mother utters. His mother does not want a daughter-in-law who will be working. Will Dipu and Apu’s relation be accepted?
The cast consists of Susmita Dey, Rohan Bhattacharya as the protagonist duo. Surajit Bandopadhyay, Shaibal Bhattacharya, Soma Chakraborty, Nandini Chatterjee, Sanjeeb Sarkar, and others will be seen in pivotal roles.
