Zobet will be mesmerizing the patrons with the launch of a new menu.
The new offerings are specially curated by Chef Debanshu Mondal, Executive Chef, Zobet. He has introduced these dishes to cater to the growing demand for plant-based food. The new menu incorporates world cuisine to give patrons a varied palatable experience.
The Chef’s Special Menu includes, ‘Apricot & Fungus Salad’ ‘Bok Choy Roll Dim Sum’ ‘Soy and Spice Bourbon Braised Drums of Heaven’ ‘Malaysian Crispy Soy Curd’ ‘Parmesan Crusted Lucknow Dum Aloo with Khameeri Naan’ ‘Pumpkin Pappardelle’ and others.
The desserts on offer include ‘Tomorow Land’ ‘Baked Blueberry Cheese Cake’ ‘Japanese Spice Brownie Pull Me Up’ and ‘Tiramisu TresLeches’.
