Apu’s Kitchen, which is closely located to Phoolbagan, Beleghata, is a company that started off as a modest cloud kitchen in the city’s northeast part, progressively gained customers and developed its menu, and over time established a solid reputation in the area’s culinary community. Thirteen years ago, Mr. Kamal Saha, the proprietor of Apu’s Kitchen, began their journey, which is now a neighborhood favorite. Apu’s Kitchen has expanded its dine-in service to meet the rising demand of customers who want to sit down for a meal and enjoy themselves after the burgeoning response and ongoing acclaim.

The three distinct client sections of Apu’s Kitchen are its main draw. The first and most well-known area is the one on the outside that is designed for takeaway and serves delicious rolls, tandoori food, Chinese, and other similar specialties. The second is Apu’s Dine-in, a 44-seater portion with an area of 800 square feet. The third is the Apu’s Galaxy part, a smaller 200-square-foot dine-in area with 14 chairs that gives customers the option of dining in or ordering a takeaway. 

Apu’s Kitchen specializes in various kinds of food, like Indo-Chinese, Mughlai, North Indian, and Tandoori delicacies.

Some of the signature dishes include Apu’s Special Mutton and Chicken Biryani, Tandoori Nawabi Biryani, Roasted Chicken, Reshmi Kebab, Mixed Rice Noodles, Chelo Kebab, Lemon Chilli Fish, Chicken Rezala, Chicken Reshmi Kebab, Kung Pao Chicken, Crispy Fried Chicken, Schezwan Fish, Drums of Heaven, etc. Their rolls are very popular with the local patrons.

The cost for two is INR 600 (plus tax) and the operational timing is between 12:30 pm and 11 pm. In addition to the dine-in facility, customers can access Apu’s Kitchen for direct orders via phone and also order through Zomato and Swiggy.
