Raajkutir will be celebrating its first Poila Boisakh by recreating the colonial cuisine.

Start with ‘AamPora Shorbot’ or ‘Beler Ghol’. As you take your seat in East India Room, a choice of appetizers will be served to you- ‘English Origin Fish N Chips’, or something with local flavours ‘Raja Nrishinghoprotap’s Dungar Chicken’, ‘Old Dhaka City Jali Kebab’and‘Dhakai Porota’. Should your taste buds crave for something with the best of both worlds, they have ‘Portuguese Bandel Cheese Malakoff’ for you.

Moving on to the main course, you will be spoilt for choice with the variety of dishes like ‘Tiffin Box Bhappa Chingri’, ‘Chittagonger Murgi’, ‘Colonial Mutton Dak Bungalow’,‘Nashipur Palacer Kolaiaer Dal’, ‘Tostori Mocha’, ‘Phulkopi Roast’ and ‘Dhakai Pulao’.

Mouth-watering desserts like ‘Makha Sondesh, Til Chhai’, ‘Sor Doi, ‘Sakthigarher Langcha’, ‘Narkol Kheer Diyae Patisapta’, ‘Black Forest Pudding’ and ‘Caramel Custard’ are also on offer.
