The Mahul Recital Band’s performance, including Shanoli Majumdar’s singing, was one of the key draws of this event, which featured Sukumar Ray’s song-poetry-music. Poetry by Sukumar Ray, which is closely related to band culture, is still the only tangible evidence of it. Famous researcher Debashis Mukhopadhyay introduced the logistics of entirely obscure, and uncommon tales. Along with Sukumar’s word-catching game, Shabdbaazi made an appearance at the event.

The students of Nava Nalanda School brought up Shrutinatyo, which is a passage from that well-known piece. In addition, the kids performed a recitation. Rhymes created by poetry students also were pretty amusing. Another piece by Nava Ravikiran artists to keep in mind is Sukumar-sangeet. The evening of the Mahul Abrittir Band and Nava Nalanda School’s Sukumar festival was made more enjoyable by the spontaneous involvement of invited guests, members of the media, and Sukumar admirers.
