MAKAUT’s First Off Campus Centre Inaugurated at Annex College, Kolkata

Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, (MAKAUT), opened its first ever off campus centre at Annex College, Kolkata. The Campus Centre was inaugurated by Chief Guest Prof Saikat Maitra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, MAKAUT, Guest of Honour Dr Partha Pratim Lahiri, Registrar, MAKAUT, Mr Vikash Singh, Chairman. The event was followed by a panel discussion on ‘Emerging Paradigms in Professional Education – Challenges and Remedies’ by eminent dignitaries from various works of life.

The Off Campus centre of MAKAUT is a recent Project launched by MAKAUT for establishing centers of learning attached to the University. The Courses will be all approved by the University and the syllabus, examination pattern, examination system will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University as applicable to students studying either in the University or in any of the University affiliated Colleges.

Through the establishment of this Off Campus centre, MAKAUT has a structured plan of making quality education available to more students through established Institutions who fulfill the required norms of the University in terms of infrastructure, educational facilities, faculty and education experience in the required area of Annex College of Management Studies (ACMS), Kolkata.
