The newest restaurant on the block, Palms Kitchen, is now open for welcoming the city’s gourmets. It is located at 28, Jessore Road, across from Dumdum Airport. This large dining establishment has a 2800 square foot space. and can accommodate 24 people outside and 72 people in their indoor dining area. Given its proximity to the NSCBI airport, the restaurant is guaranteed to draw the attention of visitors flying into and out of the area.

Sanjay Chadha, the owner, is a well-known restaurateur with about 35 years of experience in the food and beverage (F&B) industry. He now owns a chain of restaurants in Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, and Chennai and has picked Kolkata as his next professional location. Co-owner of Palms Kitchen and a famous chef who has won national awards, Ravitej Nath has held executive roles in Oberoi Hotels and has been on an international and domestic entrepreneurial adventure for the past few years. Neha Chadha, an interior designer, and painter is the third partner in the company.

The owners have an identical goal: to give Kolkatans a flavor of Delhi and Punjab as they once were. The rich delicacies of Palm’s Kitchen will bring Delhi’s history and stories—many of which have been lost to the passage of time—back to life.

The restaurant’s cuisine, which offers a wide variety of options, was carefully crafted by Chef Ravitej, its culinary director, with the help of Chef Joydeep Sinha.
