Director Indrasis Acharya is back again with his new film. The film is titled Gajoner Dhulobali (Dust & Pebbles).

Indrasis Acharya’s last film Niharika received much praise from the critics and the audiences alike.

This is a political thriller.

Amrita, a housewife, becomes involved in unspeakable brutality by power mongers acting freely like ruffians while looking for her missing journalist husband in a remote village tucked away in the hinterland. The events that follow alter her life

The story of the film was penned by Indrasis Acharya.

The line producer of this upcoming Bengali film is Adverb Movies.

The cast of the film consists of Rituparna Sengupta, Ritwick Chakraborty, Shreya Sinha, Loknath Dey, Deboprasad Halder, Subhankar Mohanta, Deepak Halder, Apurba Bar, Uma Banerjee and other actors of Azimganj Theatre Group.

This is also the first time that Ritwick and Rituparna will be paired in a film,

The music of the film will be composed by Joy Sarkar.

The screenplay is by Indrasis Acharya & Lubdhak Chatterjee.

The producer of the film is Pramod Films and the presenter is Prateek Chakravorty.
