Shishir Ritu Menu On Offer At Royal Vega, ITC Royal Bengal
Royal Vega will showcase the vegetarian repertoire from the sub-continent and beyond. It is based on the concept of eating fresh and using seasonal produce for making mouth-watering vegetarian dishes.
Royal Vega’s vegetarian food is inspired by the magnificent royal Kitchens of India. It is guided by the precepts of Ayurveda.
The concept of the Royal Vegetarian Menu is based on three factors- taste or rasa, second being the food crop, vegetables, fruits, and grains available round the year and the availability of the fruits and vegetables according to the six seasons in the Indian Calendar.
The Shishir Ritu Menu is on offer till 14th March 2022. Some of the dishes on offer are Kadali Kofta, Gucchi Pudina, Shahiphal Sandesh, and many more.
The Shishir Ritu Menu is available as a set menu at INR 2250 plus taxes, and a-la-carte portions are available on request.
