After mega-serials, Sun Bangla has stepped into the world of non-fiction. The new show is titled Bangla Melody.

The new show began on 9^th September, every morning at 7.30 am on Sun Bangla.

As the name suggests, the viewers will be in a treat with different kinds of songs.

Rabindra Sangeet, Atulprasadi, Shyama Sangeet, Adhunik, Nazrul Geeti, Loksangeet, and many more kinds of songs will be presented in this show by veteran singers.

Actress Sonali Chowdhury is anchoring this show.

Speaking about her association with the show, the actress said “I have always liked anchoring. But this is the first time that I will be anchoring a musical show. I am speaking with some of the renowned musicians and that is in itself a great feeling. I am a dancer myself and I have ideas about rhythm. And who does not love to listen to songs? Even I like it. This is a wholesome program on music and I know that the audiences will surely love it”.

Not only songs, but adda sessions are also an integral part of the show.

Some of the guests in this show are Gourab, Gurjeet Singh, Chandrika, and many more.
