Three menus from the winter collection—Himam, Hemanta, and Sishir—will be featured in the specialty restaurant. These menus capture the essence of the freshest foods of the season.

The chefs have used slow cooking and organic ingredients, to make the dishes. The dishes on offer include Makhanphalam, Japapushpa, Shakarkhandi, PuranPoli, Dal Vedic, Black Rice Khichda, Gulkand, Gajar Ke Halwa, and many more.
