Tales Of India- An Amazing Presentation Of Indian Flavors
With the introduction of an exciting new beverage and food menu named Tales of India, which is fittingly inspired by the colorful flavors of India, Monkey Bar proudly presents its latest culinary adventure. Starting on August 10, 2023, Monkey Bar locations in New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Chennai will serve the updated menu to customers throughout the country.
Tales of India presents the diverse range of flavors found throughout the nation. Head mixologist Harish Chhimwal of the firm created the new cocktail menu by incorporating local ingredients and Indian culinary traditions to capture the spirit of each place and create a well-balanced fusion of flavors and textures. The cuisine invites customers to indulge in a sensory experience as it highlights the flavors and scents of India.
The food menu has been put together by Corporate Chef, Monkey Bar – Irfan Pabaney and Chef Sumit Choudhary.
The cocktails on offer are Pom Pom Cola, Rum Cha, Murabba Mule, Hustle Rani, The Dirty Monkey, The Monkey Gaga, and others.
The menu consists of dishes like Baked Mirchi Salan, Mix Veggie Cutlet, Multan Paneer Tikka, Shroom Tikka, Kerala Roast Chicken, Kashmiri Wazwan style Lahabi Kabab, Shroom Tikka, Chicken Nihari Kulcha, Pahadi Khatta Meat Kulcha, Chettinad Mutton Seekh, Gur Kulcha and many more.
