OMG (Oh My Goddess)! at The Fatty Bao, Kolkata is on offer from October 8– 21, 2018 to cater to the needs of the patrons during the ongoing festive season. The Fatty Bao’s Puja celebrations consist of two distinct offerings this year – a delicious All-DayAla-carte Asian OMG Specials Menu inspired by the ingredients and flavours of Bengal and a sumptuous Old School Chinese Buffet for lunch and dinner only (Rs. 1000 plus per head).

The Fatty Bao’s signature Asian inspired offering of small plates, soupy noodles, bowls of ramen, the signature baos, expertly rolled sushi, dim sums and others will also be available too.

With ample vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, the menu includes Mustard Marinated Chicken Bao, Baked Aubergine, Sichuan King Prawns, Stuffed Mushroom, Grilled Lamb Chop, Grilled Chicken Skewer and others.

The Old School Chinese Buffet includes over fifteen dishes including a soup, a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters, mains with ample choice of vegetarian, fish and chicken, fried rice, noodles and three delicious desserts.

Start with a bowl of hearty Hot and Sour Soup available both in Vegetarian/Chicken options, followed by delicious Kimchi baby Potatoes, Crispy Fried Chili Cottage Cheese, Crispy Fish, Spicy Sambal Chicken, freshly steamed Minced Vegetable Dim Sum, Chicken & Celery Dim Sum, Vegetarian Fritters with Soy-garlic sauce, Vegetarian Thai Green Curry, Chicken in Sichuan sauce and Fish in Oyster Sauce. Also on the buffet are vegetable fried rice and vegetable garlic noodles. For dessert, there is Vanilla ice-cream, Fruit Tart and Gondhoraj Custard Pudding.
