12 Day Long Festival of Bharat Sanskriti Utsab Announced

Bharat Sanskriti Utsab organized a general meeting to announce 12th Global Competition and 22nd Festival of Indian Art and Culture.

Bharat Sanskriti Utsab is a festival and talent search program in the field of Indian art and culture, Indian classical music and folk song. It began in 2009 in Burdwan, West Bengal. The festival is organized every year in December. The main aim of the festival is to promote, preserve Indian traditional art and culture.

The general meeting was attended by Debashish Kumar, Vice President, Pandit Tarun Bhattacharya, Pandit Prosenjit Poddar, Secretary.

The 12 day long festival of Bharat Sanskriti Utsab will see the participation of people from 22 to 23 states of India. Foreign participants from six to seven other countries will also be taking part in the festival.

12 months scholarships will be provided to the winners and free participation in international cultural festivals in countries like Dubai, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Sri Lanka.

Bharat Sanskriti Utsab also launched their mobile application for Android users.

A nominal amount as participating fees is charged from the participants.

The festival will be organized from 20th to 24th December 2019 at Burdwan and from 25th to 31st December 2019 at Kolkata. The festival will be organized at the Deshapriya Park, Saraswati Sadan Triangular Park, Jogesh Chandra Mime Academy and Deshapriya Park Lions Club auditorium.
