3rd Anniversary Celebrations Of Fairfield By Marriott, Kolkata
On December 5, 2022, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata, which is situated across from Biswa Bangla Gate, will mark its third year of outstanding service in Kolkata. The famous building in the center of the city features a number of award-winning restaurants, recreational facilities, a variety of event venues for various occasions, and tastefully furnished rooms and suites.
As the hotel celebrates its third anniversary, three in-house Masterchefs—Arabinda Seth, Ankit Bhatt, and Biswarup Paramanik—will provide guests with an exquisite exhibition of culinary pleasures over the course of three days. The lavish celebration will start on December 3 and end on December 5, 2022.
Fresh and cutting-edge concepts have always been a priority for Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata. For the third consecutive year, the skilled in-house chefs will create a lavish lunch and supper buffet spread for the guests to enjoy.
The menu will boast an array of Rajasthani cuisines like Chapli Kebab, Mirchi Wada, Laal Maas, Jaisalmer ki Ker Sangri, Asian Cuisines like Stir Fried Mushroom in Pok Chow, Sweet and Sour Water Chestnut and Broccoli, Fish in Chili Basil Sauce, Chicken in Black Beans Sauce and Italian cuisines such as Chicken Parmesan, Meat Ball, Caprese Fish with Mashed Potato, Vegetable Lasagna and Baked Gnocchiat Kava.
At Vertex, guests may also take advantage of an extended Sunday brunch with live Italian and Indian counters serving dishes like Chicken Satay, Ravioli, Pizza Polo, and Honey Glazed Roasted Pork, to mention a few. After the brunch, there will be a Grills Evening with live music. On the day of their anniversary, the hotel will also do a tree-lighting ceremony with their visitors.
