Cyber Security Awareness Rally Organized On National Computer Security Day

On National Computer Security Day, Kolkata’s first cyber security startup, the Indian School of Anti Hacking (ISOAH), and the West Bengal Government Cyber Security Center of Excellence together hosted a cyber security awareness rally.

Officials from organizations like NASSCOM, STPI, the Sector 5-member association, Sister Nivedita University, etc. supported the event and were present to see it.

Every year on November 30, National Computer Security Day is observed to raise awareness of online security. One must sharpen their attention on cyber security, which is now of the biggest importance due to its use in all online elements, including banking and fundamental information storage for both individuals and organizations.

The rally has been flagged off at the SDF Building, Salt Lake, Sector V in the presence of Debashis Sen – ‘Managing Director, WBHIDCO’, Sanjay Das – Jt Secretary (Ministry of IT&E, WB), Manjit Nayak, ‘Director of STPI (Software Technology Park of India)’, Nirupam Chaudhuri – ‘Regional Director NASSCOM’, Payel Mukherjee ‘Actress’ and Sandeep Sengupta – Ethical Hacker.

500 cyber security enthusiasts were fervently roused by a tableau, placards, and slogans. The players’ cohesion is demonstrated by the Guy Fawkes mask. The first of its sort in sector 5 the rally was covered LIVE by a drone camera.

A cyber security book called “UNMASK the CYBER REALITY” has been released, and it includes statements from experts in the field as well as advice on how to be safe online. There will be 500 copies of the book provided to the 500 IT & ITES businesses in Salt Lake, Sector 5.
