6th Edition Of CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2022 Organized
The 6th Edition of ‘CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2022’, the prestigious annual award for real estate, instituted by CREDAI Bengal, was organized.
The annual awards were organized after a break of two years due to the Covid pandemic.
The grand jury members were Mr. Shishir Baijal, Chairman & Managing Director, Knight Frank India Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, CEO Shapoorji Pallonji Investment AdvisorsPvt. Ltd., Mr. Aloke Bhunia, CEO, AscendasFirstspace Development Management Pvt. Ltd., Ms. Sonali Bhagwati, President, DPA, and Mr. Sanjay Chaturvedi, Founder and Director, Sanjay Chaturvedi Associates Advocates.
This year’s awards had twenty-four categories, encompassing both completed and ongoing real estate projects.
The nomination process was online with submissions having to be made through the company website www.credaibengal.in
Eligibility criteria for participation in the awards :
Organization/s had to be a member of CREDAI Bengal.
The nominated project must have been located in Kolkata / North 24 Parganas / South 24 Parganas.
All applications were subject to stringent terms and conditions stated by EY.
The procedure for choosing the Winner was rigorous. A lot of attention was placed on the nomination process, where thorough paperwork and documentation were completed in order to verify the validity of the proposal. The projects were then narrowed down based on inspections at the construction site or sites. After a grand jury round in which the jurors and contestants interacted in person, the results were announced.
A variety of CREDAI Bengal members competed fiercely for this year’s Awards.
