The fifth edition of Anuprerna 2019 was organized recently in the presence of theatre personality Sohini Sengupta and Suvro Chandra, Joint Managaing Director, P.C. Chandra Jewellers.

With the help of this scholarship program, the company aims to provide financial support to underprivileged Madhyamik achievers so that they can complete their schooling.

The scholarship program was initiated in the year 2015. The name Anuprerna means inspiration.

The 15 students received a token of Rs 72000 each, which will reach them on a monthly basis of Rs 3000 for two years. They were also felicitated at the event.

The students who received the scholarship were Tanmoy Nandy, Antara Wasima, Sourav Nandi, Biplab Singha, Subhadip Maji, Kousik Das, Nirbed Mondal, Moumita Biswas, Subham Nayek, Sneha Natua, Pramita Jana and others.
