With Durga Puja around the corner, Saptapadi has come up with a Durga Pujo menu to cater to the taste buds of the Bengalis.

The restaurant has come up with The Sharodiya Thali and the Special Sharodiya Thali for the upcoming Durga Puja season. The Sharodiya Thali is priced at Rs 850 and The Special Sharodiya Thali is priced at Rs 1199.

“When the Portuguese first came to Kolkata, they brought their spices with them. That has become a part of the Bengali cuisine. We have tried to recreate those lost dishes for the customers during this pujo season” said Chef Ranjan Biswas, owner, Saptapadi.

The special menu will be available at both the outlets of Saptapadi located at Purna Das Road and Baghajatin in Kolkata.

The timing is from 12 noon to 4 pm for lunch and 6 pm to 10.30 pm for dinner.

A meal for two will cost Rs 800 plus taxes.
