The cast and crew of director Kamaleshwar Mukherjee’s Bengali film Password – a cybercrime thriller – was present at 21 Palli Sarbojanin Durgotsab Samiti, Ballygunge, to launch the first poster of the film.

Actors Dev, Rukmini, Parambrata, Adrit and the film’s director Kamaleshwar Mukherjee were present alongwith 21 Palli Ballygunge Phari Durga Puja Committee, President, Suresh Sethia and Vice-President, Anurag Chirimar. Actor Dev formally launched the theme video of the 21 Palli Durga Puja on the occasion.

An adda session on awareness of “Cybercrime” was held in the presence of the film’s director who warned the audience of the dark underbelly of the cyber age and online fraud. Cyber experts recounted recent incidents of how an elderly person lost over 14 lakhs by befriending an unknown person on social media forum.

Mojatai Jekhane is the theme of 21 Palli Durgotsab Samiti which is celebrating its 73rd year of Durga Puja this year. This year they shall set up a special gallery to highlight the various lesser-known yet very important aspects of Durga Puja to the public.
