The Pro Studio & Productions opened their first studio in Kolkata in the presence of Tollywood divas Priyanka Sarkar and Sohini Sarkar. Director Atanu Ghosh also graced the occasion. Owners Krishnendu Datta Roy and Prasun Chowdhuri also were present at the event.

“One of the best things about the studio is that it has a big space (1510 square feet) when compared to the other studios offering similar facilities. We will be providing workshops on photography, make-up so that one can brush up their skills and get themselves to be industry ready” said Krishnendu Datta Roy.

Chroma green facility for any kind of video shoot, portfolio shoot, product shoot is some of the facilities on offer at this newly opened studio.

Speaking at the event, Priyanka Sarkar said “I am glad to be part of this event. As actresses looking good is very vital. So photographers have a vital role to play in that area. They know the right angles which make us look good in the pictures”.

Sohini Sarkar shared how she bought a DSLR camera to take good pictures. However after high ranged mobiles started emerging in the market, the actress now takes pictures on her iPhone and seldom uses the camera.

The workshops that will be conducted will have renowned mentors who will be guiding the students.

The owners revealed that they have plans of opening up courses in various disciplines in the future. Outdoor fashion shoots, online booking of floor, domestic photography tour is some of the future activities of the studio.
