WBMPAF’s late President and veteran actor, playwright, theatre director, poet, and essayist, late Soumitra Chatterjee were commemorated in a program titled ‘Mayanagarer Mayurbahan’.

The program was an initiative by West Bengal Motion Picture Artists’ Forum.

Dulal Lahiri, Suvasis Mukherjee, ParthaSarathi Deb, June Maliya, Shankar Chakrabarty, Anik Dutta, Alokananda Roy, Sujan Mukhopadhyay, Joyjit Banerjee, Shantilal Mukherjee, Debdut Ghosh, Rupanjana Mitra, Shaheb Chattopadhyay, Jeet, Debashree Roy, Paran Bandyopadhyay, Kaushik Sen, Arindam Ganguly, Debjani Chatterjee, Shatarup Ghosh, Sujan Chakrabarty, Debasish Kumar, Madan Mitra, Sohan Bandopadhyay and other eminent personalities were present.
