Chaitali created a new Guinness World Record by making the largest Jute Bag in the world measuring 80ft /100ft at St Thomas School Khidirpur. The dimensions of the bag created by us is 30.68 (breadth) x 24.87 (length) x 6.3 (width) meter(s).

Chaitali is popularly known for reviving jute, for prison reformation apart from women empowerment and various humanitarian services.

The event was supported and graced by Chief Guest Sri Vinit Kumar Chairman Shayma Prasad Mukherjee port, Sri Moloy Chandan Chakraborty, Jute Commissioner NJB, Sri Peeyush Pandey, ADG&IG Correctional Services, and others at St Thomas Khidirpur.

The team of artisans included released prison inmates, women & youth from vulnerable sections of the society.

A great feat indeed!!
