The press meet of fitness and bodybuilding competition- MB Classic was announced in the presence of director Piu Majumder, Gagan Sachdev, Vinit Baptist, Ajay Hela, Iban Banerjea, Sanjay Murli, Mainak Banerjea, and Huzaifa Mehedi.

MB Classic according to the organizers will be one of the biggest fitness and bodybuilding competitions to take place in eastern India. About 400 athletes from Eastern India are expected to participate in the competition. The idea of this event started during the lockdown. The organizers said that this event is a gift from Bengal to the rest of the country. The event is inspired by FitExpo.

Arm wrestling, bodybuilding, Zumba fitness are some of the sections in which the athletes will compete.

The prize value is Rs 3 lakh and the registration for the competition will be done online.

MB Classic will be held on 27^th February at Aquatica. The event is open to the public. This has been done by the organizers to promote fitness and bodybuilding among the common people.
