Yauatcha’s Limited Edition Menu To Celebrate Chinese New Year 2021
Yauatcha will celebrate Chinese New Year 2021 – the Year of the Ox with festive décor and a limited-edition menu available until Sunday, 28th February 2021.
After a turbulent 2020, the Ox denotes the hard work, positivity, and honesty that will be manifested in all of us in the coming 12 months. Yauatcha is celebrating Chinese New Year with an exclusive Year of the Ox menu, with newly introduced dim sum, stir-fry, staples, and dessert.
The festive menu features a number of authentic Chinese celebratory dishes that are traditionally eaten during Chinese New Year. Highlights of the menu are the Tofu and enoki mushroom dumpling, the soft and spicy Pan-fried lamb bun with black pepper, and the Seafood and spinach dumpling.
The mains features Four style vegetables in vegan XO sauce, and the must-try Chili bean Indian betki. Noodles represent longevity and happiness in Chinese culture and the menu features vegan XO fried rice with shiitake, burnt garlic, and tomato, and, Pan-fried pan noodles with wood ear mushroom and aromatic soya sauce.
A celebratory meal at Yauatcha is often incomplete without its signature patisserie offering. To mark the start of the year of the Ox, the patisserie team at Yauatcha presents Strawberry yogurt mousse.
The limited-edition Chinese New Year menu and patisserie specials are available at Yauatcha for dine-in and will be available to homes across Kolkata as a Yauatcha at Home experience.
