Enticing flavors from Bengal, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka have been brought forward by Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata. They are hosting a 10-day long ‘Bengal to Bengaluru Food Festival’ at their all–day dining Kava from 12th March to 21st March 2021.
The menu includes dishes like “Posto Pyazer Bora”, “Mochar Chop”, “Morola Macher Chop”, “Dhokar Dalna”, “Potoler Dalna,”Posto Murgi”, “Macher Kalia”, “Shorshe Maach” from the Bengali cuisine. Guests can indulge in a range of Maharashtrian main courses like “Kothimbir Vadi”, “Sabudana Vada”, “Varhadi Chicken”, “Kolhapuri Chicken”, “Chicken Sagoti”, “Saoji mutton” etc. From the Karnataka counter, there are “Kori Ghassi”, “Mangalore Fish Curry”, “Allugedda”, “Mixed Vegetarian Kothu Kari”, “Murungai Keerai Muttai Poriyal” and much more.
Desserts like “Rasogolla”, “Mysore Pak”, and “Pineapple Rawa” are available for the patrons.
