The menu includes ‘Badami Paneer Roll’, ‘Ajmeri Murgh Masala’, ‘Jodhpuri Sukha Machli’, ‘Bajre Ki Khichdi with Ghee and Gud’, ‘Bati-Plain and Masala’, ‘Dal Panchmla’, ‘Churma-Rose and Nuts’, ‘Bajre ka Roti’, ‘Nawabi Paneer Korma’, ‘ Banjara Gosht’, ‘Gatte ki Pulao’, ‘Safed Murgh’ and many more.

The meal comes with an additional 10% discount for patrons.

The culinary team has handcrafted the Diwali with Mariott hampers- a spectacular range of personalized, limited-edition artisanal hampers that define jubilant gifting this season. The hampers of confections will include exotic edibles like ’French Popcorn’, ’Almonds’, ’Milano Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies’, ’Cadbury Chocobakes’ and many more. These premium boxes start at INR 850 plus taxes onwards available till 6^th November 2021.

Vertex-The liquid restaurant will be offering appetizing delights on an A-la-carte menu. Patrons can choose from a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes like ‘Spicy oyster hunan tofu’, ‘Pesto marinated paneer tikka’, ‘Tandoori aloo gulistani’, ‘Five spice marinated tandoori chicken’, ‘Makhmali chicken reshmi seekh’, ‘Seafood cappelletti in arrabiata sauce’, ‘Lambseekh tossed with Rogan josh with Lachha paratha’, ‘Palak paneer kofta, Zafrani Badami sauce, and Mirchi Pulao and others.

The desserts include ‘Caramelized apple swiss tart’, and ‘Tiramisu’ amongst others.
