Vertex – “The Liquid Restaurant has come up with a whole new menu and nightlife experience.

Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata has specially curated an array of lip-smacking starters like, ‘Jiang Chilli Cottage Cheese, Salt, and Pepper Assorted Mushroom, Spicy Oyster Hunan Tofu.

The non-vegetarian starters include Five spice marinated tandoori chicken, Chicken Satay, and many more.

The main course pays tribute to Bengali cuisine and has delicacies like,‘Kosha Murgir Kofta’, ‘Smoked Murgir Jhol’, ‘Aloo Bhaja’, ‘Ghee Bhath’, ‘Vegetable Casserole’, ‘Cottage Cheese in Harissa Sauce’, ‘Herb Rice’ and many more.

The Indian Platter boasts a range of vegetable and non-vegetable dishes like ‘Paneer Butter Masala’, ‘Vegetable Jhalfriji’, ‘Vegetable Kofta in Saffron Gravy’, ‘Chicken Butter Masala’, ‘Dal Makhani’, and others.

Vertex has come up with light and healthy delicacies for patrons. An array of ‘Soup Bowls’ comprising of Caldillo De Congrio (Chilean Fish Soup), Almond and Broccoli Soup, Antipasti and Sauerkraut, and ‘Salads’ like Caprese Salad, Greek Salad, Russian Salad, Lollo Rosso and many more are on offer.

Desserts include ‘Crape-Live with orange juice’, ‘Mawa baked Gulab Jamun, ‘Moongdal Halwa Burfi’, and ‘Philadelphia Cheese Cake’.

Vertex – The Liquid Restaurant has also reintroduced their “Thematic Sunday Brunch – Best of Vertex” starting from the 7^th November 2021. This is an on-demand Chef special menu curated keeping in mind the favorite dishes of patrons visiting the restaurant.

This ambrosial brunch menu boasts a wide range of well-seasoned dishes like ‘Prawn Toast’, ‘Spicy Oyster Hunan Tofu’, ‘Jiàng Chilli Cottage Cheese’, ‘Five Spice Marinated Tandoori Chicken’, ‘Lamb Galouti Sheermal’, ‘Buffalo Pizza’, ‘Cottage cheese in harissa sauce’, ‘Baked Spinach’, ‘Ricotta And Chicken Cannelloni’, ‘Hyderabadi Murgh Dum Biryani’ amongst others.
