Mr. Harish Closepet and his wife Rashmi lived in Australia and Singapore before coming to India. They wanted to do something for the rural women in India and wanted to motivate them. Hence the idea for starting Itsy Bitsy came into their minds.

Itsy Bitsy is a one-stop destination for all the art and craft supply needs. The Kolkata store was inaugurated by Mr. Harish Closepet and his wife Rashmi.

Itsy Bitsy serves over 7, 00, 000 customers in India annually. The brand has 39 stores across India. The Kolkata store is the first one in Eastern India.

Itsy Bitsy has stores in cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, Surat, Jaipur, Nasik, and Ahmedabad.

There are more than 15000 items that Itsy Bitsy offers for the customers. The store introduces 3000 new products annually.

The prices of the products are reasonable but the quality is high.

Itsy Bitsy employs around 3000 rural women for making different art and craft products. They produce their materials at their eight factories.

The head office of Itsy Bitsy is in Karnataka.

The future plans of Itsy Bitsy are to spread to the North, South, and East parts of Kolkata in the next three years. Bangalore has 12 stores and Kolkata is a big city, the founders wanted to add more stores in the city.
