Aakash’s face is changed after a plastic surgery operation. On the occasion of Holi, Aakash comes to the Lahiri house. He smears color on the face of Ishu. Kanchi meets Aakash. When she listens to his voice, she finds it very familiar. Will Kanchi be able to recognize Aakash?

The Holi special sequence was been shot at Select House, Narendrapur.

The serial Kanchi is directed by Manish Ghosh.

Speaking in between shots, the director said “Farhan is the new Aakash. He is a popular actor and he has been very cooperative during the shoot. Aakash’s character will be introduced in the serial after he undergoes plastic surgery. What happens next is what the audience will have to wait and watch”.

Kathakali Chakraborty (Kanchi), Farhan Imroze (Aakash), Soumi Pal (Poonam), Aradhya Biswas (Ishwari), Tulika Basu (Ashapurna), Bhaswar Chatterjee (Prashanta), Sayok Chakraborty (Abhra), Ayesha Bhattacharya (Rohini), Arunava Dutta (Amiya) and others will be seen in different roles.

Kathakali said, “We plan to celebrate Holi on the sets of Kanchi. Let’s see when we can organize this”.

Kanchi airs on Aakash Aath, Monday to Saturday at 8 pm.

The Holi special episode will be aired during Holi.
