Royal Vega is based on the concept of eating fresh and seasonal produce. It offers delectable vegetarian food from the royal kitchens of India.

The Indian sub-continent experiences six seasons and the food requirements change according to a particular season. The six seasons (ritu) are sisira (cold and dewy), vasanta (spring), grisma (summer), varsa (monsoon) and hemanta
(winter) successively.

The Grishma Ritu Menu uses seasonal produce like new baby potatoes, sweet and sour red pumpkin, fresh raw mango, and others.

To combat the summer heat, sour and bitter foods are consumed more by the people in the Indian subcontinent. The food menu has been prepared to keep these two food groups in mind.

The menu consists of Pudina kṣīratumbī kali mirch raita, Hari Marich stambhita, Paneer pudina, Marudhar sangria koftēh, Dadhi alu Kam, Khattā meethā kumra, Amra dāl, Ajwaini bhindi, Poori, Moong puulikā, Marich roti, Chana pulao, Petha halvā asvagandha, and Tar mewamalai.

The Grishma Ritu Menu is available as a set menu at INR 2250 plus taxes, and ala carte portions are available on request.
