Kacha Badam became immensely famous when an Instagram user captured Bhuban Badyakar singing the song. He posted it on his account and this became famous immediately. It became a rage when Bhuban teamed with two Bengali rappers and made an official video of the song.

After the immense success of Kacha Badam, Pijush Chakraborty has penned down the lyrics for Kacha Badam 2.

The shooting for this song was in progress at a food joint in Kolkata.

Bhuban Badyakar features in the music video and he has even lent his voice for the music video. Renowned model and actress Paromita also graced the occasion.

Bhuban Badyakar thanked the listeners for showering so much love and supporting Kacha Badam. He hoped that the new song will be liked and appreciated as well. He loved doing the shoot for the song.
