The music launch of the upcoming Bengali film ‘Save The Mothers’ took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

The film is presented by Indi’s Entertainment and directed by Suvendu Das.

The story and script are by Suvendu Das.

The story of the film is about Rahul and a girl named Puja who love each other. But this relationship is not accepted by Puja’s family. So, Puja runs away from home to marry Rahul. Rahul’s family accepts Puja. They live happily together for 1 year. Puja gets pregnant and problems start in their family as Rahul’s family wants a male child. But they came to know that Puja is going to give birth to a girl child. To keep her child safe, Puja runs away from her husband’s house. How she protects her child and raises the child as a single mother is what the story is all about.

This is a realistic film and the charterers are inspired by real-life more than fiction.

Save-The-Mothers

The cast of the film consists of Indrani Saha, Rajesh Sharma, Sushmita Pal, Parthasarathi Chakraborty, Kharaj Mukherjee, Sayan Ghosh, Sneha Biswas, Sujata Paul, and others.

Parthasarathi will be seen as a negative character in the film named Shokun. He said “If a girl does not live, then how will the human race continue? Girls are like mothers. The different atrocities happening to women are what will be shown in the film. Through this film, we are spreading the message that women must be saved and torture against them must be stopped”.

The music of the film is composed by Pritam Deb and the lyrics are by Tapas Biswas.

Save-The-Mothers

Pritam Deb said, “The three tracks are different from one another. I have tried to compose the music in a varied way. Hope the audience will love it”.

There are three songs in the film namely Save The Mothers, Jibon Amay and Meghbalika. The songs have been sung by Nachiketa Chakraborty, Anupam Roy, Timir Biswas, Imon Chakraborty, Trissha Chatterjee, and Sourav Dey.

The film is slated for release soon.
