Chef’s Special Menu Introduced At NX Lounge; Menu Curated By Chief Chef Sumanto Chakraborty
The NX Hotel designed their new furnished NX Lounge, which they named Skybar. It is a 1200-square-foot area and offers a variety of hosting options for events, parties, corporate meetings, and promotional events.
The unveiling of their updated menu for foodies has made this new establishment the buzz of the town. This cuisine was carefully curated by chief chef Sumanto Chakraborty, formerly the head chef of the Ambuja Group.
The chef’s special menu is a part of their new menu of NX Lounge.
Some of the dishes on offer are Hong Kong Chilli Paneer, American Corn Salt N Pepper –China, Papad Paneer, Wok Tossed Garlic Prawns- Thailand, Prawn Cocktail Shots – Colonial, SchezwanPepper Fish- China, Oven Baked Pesto Bhetki – Italy, Chicken Satay – Malaysia, Bharwan Tandoori BabriAloo – Mughal, Cossimbazar Handi Paneer- Murshidabad, Mutton Biryani-Mughlai, MeeGoreng- Indonesia / Malaysia and Chewy Brownie.
The cocktails on offer on the menu are Green apple martini, Floating wódka, Summer sangria, Tangy sunrise, and Gin is fizz.
Their main goal is to bring together cuisines of different countries in NX Lounge.
Cuisines of Japan, Burma, Malaysia, Korea, and many more countries will be available in NX Lounge.
Apart from these Pakistani and Afghanistani cuisines will also be incorporated into the menu.
The NX Lounge and their restaurant, Kitchen 165, will soon become the preferred destination for all partygoers and foodies. The interiors are tastefully decorated, tastefully equipped, and feature a nice balcony outlook. The staff provides outstanding hospitality.
