With Durga Puja just a few days away, everyone in the city is all ready to welcome the Mother Goddess. Effingut introduced Pujo Food Festival ‘Maa Ashchhe’.

The Durga Puja menu boasts authentic Bengali and global cuisine.

The festival boasts delightful delicacies like Pujo Bhog Khichdi Aranchini, China Town Crab Cakes, Pan Fried Chilli Fish, Gondhoraj Crusted Fish, and Lemongrass Skewers, Pomegranate Cream, Mango Jalapeno Murg Tikka, Hummus, and Cheddar Poppers, Bhoot Jolakia and Imli Chutney Drizzle, Aam Aada Paneer Tikka, Roasted Pepper Coulis, Narkel Malai Chingri, Kanchalonka Dhonepata Chicken Tikka, Malay Fish Parcel, Coconut Rice, Jafna Spice Dust, Soft Shell Crabs with Ginger and Scallions, Pork Rendang Curry, Pujo Bari Special Luchi & Kosha Mangsho, Baked Patishapta, Gondhoraj Semifredo, Salted Caramel Popcorn, Deconstructed Gujia, Masala Chai Kulfi, and Candied Nuts.

The food festival Maa Ashchhe will begin on 25th September and continue till 16th October 2022.

An average meal for two will cost Rs 2000/- plus taxes.
