Dunkel Braun, Kolkata’s largest bakery café, is celebrating Women’s Day this year by introducing a particularly special menu called “The Pink Revolution” at both of their locations on Sarat Bose Road and Salt Lake. International Women’s Day is honored in many different ways around the world in order to celebrate and promote the accomplishments of women. In some countries, it is an official holiday. In others, it is observed socially or locally. The Pink Revolution is the name of Dunkel Braun’s new menu, which represents pink as the color of women everywhere since it is a nurturing, amusing, and sentimental color.

Dunkel Braun founder Sandeep Gupta said “Pink is a bright color and we wanted to add a little of the fun and free-spirited components to the celebrations. As a result, we made the decision to introduce The Pink Revolution, a color that adds brightness and allure to any platter. On this 113th anniversary of International Women’s Day, I would want to publicly express my deep admiration for all women and their accomplishments”.

The menu comprises pink pasta, beetroot coleslaw sandwich, pink platter, strawberry cheesecake shake, cranberry lemonade, spicy guava mojito, berry blast, pink tea, pink souffle, cranberry mousse, red velvet bake cheesecake, rabri gulkand cheesecake.
