Under its fashion and lifestyle jewelry sub-brand Gossip, Senco Gold & Diamonds launched the handmade “Padaboli” jewelry collection.

The four-day exhibition, which began recently, highlights the special partnership between Senco Gold & Diamonds and weavers, whose jewelry matches the patterns on the handwoven sarees. The Gallery Gold Art Centre in Kolkata will host this exclusive exhibition from March 23 to March 26. It is expected to mesmerize the city’s saree and jewelry lovers and offer a chance to experience Bengal’s rich tradition of craftsmanship and artisanship through the intricate designs of handwoven sarees and how it is reflected in jewelry. Senco Gold & Diamonds’ prestigious clients are the focus of the designs and collections.

With the inaugural edition’s tremendous success last year, the exhibition’s second installment features the exclusive Gossip line, which features jewelry made of silver and other alloy metals that depicts classic jamdani, handloom, and Kantha-stitch saree designs. By combining various geometric shapes with the saree’s depictions of animals, birds, trees, and other vegetation, artisans have created this distinctive blend of jewelry designs.

For this unique show, Senco Gold & Diamonds has partnered with seasoned textile weaver and designer Manas Ghorai.

The business has attempted to restore long-forgotten weaving skills through this innovative project by fusing them with modern jewelry patterns and motifs.

Speaking at the event, Lopamudra Mitra said “When I went through the products at the exhibition, I was amazed and pleased. The kind of jewelry and saris that I like are all present in the exhibition. It is as if the exhibition is just organized for me. With this kind of exhibition, people who want to style themselves differently can get the products of their liking”.

From 3 pm to 8 pm, customers can purchase the sarees and jewelry of their choosing at the show. Each saree has matching necklaces, earrings, and bangles.

The range begins at INR 1000.

The Padaboli Collection will be accessible in all Senco Gold & Diamonds shops beginning on March 26.
