Sun Bangla’s Phaguner Mohona completed 100 days. The cast and crew got together to celebrate this amazing feat.

A cake was cut by the team of the serial on this occasion.

The story of the serial is about Ayush Kumar, a popular actor in the Tollywood industry. He is arrogant and moody. Rumjhum, a girl residing in the village is an ardent fan of the actor. He is like a god to her. She refers to her as Kesto Thakur. Will she be able to meet Ayush Kumar? Will she be able to adjust to the ways of the city?

Annmary Tom as Rumjhum and Siddhartha Sen as Ayush is the lead cast of this serial.

Speaking in between celebrations, Annmary Tom said, “I wish that this run continues and we can celebrate 1000 episodes soon. It feels great when your work is appreciated and the same is the case with me”.

Apart from them, the other actors who will be seen in this serial include Anamika Chakraborty, Chandreyee Ghosh, Kaushik Banerjee, Kalyani Mondal, Tulika Basu, Kanchana Moitra, Sanjib Sarkar, Sagnik Banerjee, and others.

Chandreyee Ghosh said, “The fact that audiences have accepted us is the reason why we could complete 100 episodes. I just wish that this love continues and our serial can celebrate more such feats in the future”.

The serial is aired from 7.30 pm onwards on Sun Bangla daily.
