Mango season has arrived with the arrival of summer. The Astor Kolkata has revamped its menu, infused with good old mangoes, and created a menu that would make your mouth water. This is done to honor the king of fruits.

The menu Slice of Summer includes:

Fresh mango and basil lassi and raw mango kiwi panna along with mango watermelon salad and stir-fried chicken in a lettuce bowl with mangoes.

The cocktail section has cocktails like summer blast, mango daiquiri, mangorita, mango mojo, and mango iced tea.

The main course section consists of wok-tossed silken tofu & mango with spinach rice, raw mango and prawn in oyster sauce, grilled fish & paka aam er salsa served with coriander rice and zucchini, aam gosht served with steamed rice or green chilli naan.

The dessert section has Alphonso & fresh cream tart, mango panna cotta, aam sotte’r baked yogurt, and fresh-cut mangoes with ice cream.
