Sohorer Ushnotomo Dine is directed by Aritra Sen.

This film marks the reunion of the pair of Vikram Chatterjee and Solanki Roy. Their pairing was much loved by the audience in the serial Ichche Nodee.

The film is a coming-of-age love story of two individuals born and brought up in Kolkata namely Anindita and Ritoban. Life gives them a second chance when a disillusioned Ph.D. student in London, Ritoban comes back to Kolkata and meets Anindita. She is now a successful RJ. What happens next when they meet after such a long time?

The cast of the film consists of Vikram Chatterjee, Solanki Roy, Devesh Roy Chowdhury, Sudipa Basu, Rahul Dev Bose, Anamika Chakraborty, and Debopriyo Mukherjee.

There are three songs in the film that has been sung by Lagnajita, Timir, and Arnab.

The film has been produced by Roadshow Films and Shadow Films.

Sohorer Ushnotomo Dine was selected under the Bengali Panorama section at the 28^th KIFF.

The film is slated for release on 30^th June.
