Chowman delivers the world of Oriental delicacies on your plates with 13 unmatched, rare, gastronomic treats, inspired by the rich Asian gourmet, perfected in a Malaysian kitchen or a star-chef of Indonesia. The meals have been carefully thought out and perfected by team Chowman, from classic favorites of Chowman’s Kolkata Style to modern curations!

Chowman MD. Debaditya Chaudhury said “The food selection this time around has been rather intriguing! I was amazed by the vegetarian delights overwhelming the taste buds of a hard-core non-vegetarian like me, mostly because of my recent trip to China. In addition to being a restaurant, Chowman represents a philosophy for foodies in which I have attempted to put the undiscovered tales of Asia’s culinary world on your plates. And I wanted to let you all know how happy I was to have discovered some of the best vegetarian recipes! In addition, some brand-new meals will be made with prawns, lamb, and pork that are Malaysian and Indonesian-inspired. People have always admired us for raising the standard, and I’m confident these dishes will continue that trend before our 13th anniversary in August”.
