A sizzler is a medley meal that originated in Mumbai. When it is brought to the customer’s table, it is fried and served on a hot metal plate supported by a wooden holder. The recipe is modeled after the Japanese Teppanyaki, which is made by cooking meat and vegetables on a very hot metal griddle to crisp the surface while maintaining a soft, moist interior.

Sizzlers are very popular among the patrons. Understanding this need, The Village has come up with a Sizzler Festival.
