Hindustan ki Shaan Season 2 Honored Amazing Craftsmanship
The Hindustan ki Shaan Awards, an esteemed forum that honors the extraordinary abilities and commitment of India’s gifted carpenters and contractors, wrapped off its second season. It was presented by Greenply Industries Limited. With the help of a wide nationwide network of carpenters, Greenply Industries, the country’s leading provider of environmentally friendly interior infrastructure, continues to be a leader in sustainable development.
The event was held at The Lalit, Mumbai. It was attended by Anupam Kher, a celebrated actor, and Rajesh Mittal, Chairman & Managing Director of Greenply Industries Limited.
Mr. Anupam Kher honored the Hindustan ki Shaan national winner during the event. Vertica Dvivedi, the founder and editor of Wade Asia, Rahul Mehta, the CEO of the Furniture and Fittings Skill Council, and Mr Manoj Tulsian, the CEO and joint managing director of Greenply Industries Limited, were among the distinguished jury members for the event. The event also featured great winners from the north, south, east, and west zones of India, all of whom showed remarkable talent and commitment. The evaluation of entries was conducted with great care, with particular attention to standards like exceptional design, inventive craftsmanship, and the incorporation of eco-friendly materials and techniques.
The response to Hindustan ki Shaan Season 2 was tremendous, with about one lakh associations of contractors and carpenters praising the project’s broad scope and influence. Together with the iconic Padma Bhushan recipient Udit Narayan, the occasion featured a collaboration on the official song, Humein Aage Badhna Aata Hai, which honored the indispensable efforts of carpenters in building aesthetically pleasing and practical environments.
