Leading brewing business American Brew Crafts Pvt Ltd (ABCL), known for its great beers, announced that it has acquired the Odisha-based Denzong Brewery. ABCL plans to purchase and renovate the brewery with an estimated expenditure of more than Rs. 80 crore. Two lakh cases of beer can be produced each month by the brewery. This will increase the monthly owned capacity installation for Flying Monkey, Blockbuster, and Karjura beer makers American Brew Crafts Pvt Ltd to 8 lakh cases.

With this calculated decision, ABCL achieves a major milestone and strengthens its commitment to providing beer enthusiasts across the country with premium craft brews. It also expands its footprint in East and Northeast India.

The acquisition helps ABCL advance in the rapidly changing craft beer market by perfectly aligning with the company’s growth and innovation goals. Minimal batch sizes allow ABCL to guarantee quality and consistency in their beer.
