The hotel has 93 rooms including 7 suites. It blends contemporary décor with traditional art. The walls are adorned with art resembling Kolkata done by local artists.

Out of the 93 rooms, 69 are king rooms, 17 are twin rooms, 3 are centric suites and 4 are executive suites.

With the opening of this Hyatt Centric, this is the first hotel of this kind in Kolkata.

The hotel has amazing food options for the patrons. Tess, the Euro-Asian bistro offers Thai cuisine, Asian small eats, and European eats. This indoor seating restaurant can seat 43 people. It is operational from Monday to Sunday from 11 am to 9 pm.

Yayavar is pronounced as Jajabor. This concept restaurant is inspired by the country’s railways and highways. 108 people can sit indoors while 18 people can sit outdoors. Breakfast is operational from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 10.30 am. And Saturday- Sunday, it is operational from 7 am to 11 am.

Open-air seating Cal-On will offer classic cocktails to patrons. One can savor freshly brewed beer and beautiful soul food. This 116-seater restaurant will open soon.

There are versatile spaces for the patrons to organize corporate and social events. The 3045 square feet modern ballroom can accommodate over 180 delegates for conferences and 300 guests for a wedding. Studio I and II is 987 square feet of versatile space. The Lounge is ideal for brainstorming and has been developed like a living room.
