The delicacies has been curated by Executive Chef, Sabyasachi Nag.

This lavish spread includes Anokhe Keri, Kakkori Aam Kopra,Mangorita, Aam Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Mango Thai Curry – Veg / Chicken /  Fish  / Prawn options, Raw Mango Rassam, Veg / Chicken, Kaccha Keri Jhinga Champaran, Aamti Murgh Rogni, Aam Rasmalai and Indrani.

This special a-la-carte menu is available at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport started from 7^thJune, 2024 and will continue till 30^thJune, 2024.

The rates are INR 300.00 plus taxes onwards.

This will be available during Lunch and Dinner.
