This summer, VAAYU is introducing The Summer Melange menu, its newest culinary creation that promises a fusion of spicy flavors and refreshing breezes.

In keeping with the spirit of the season, VAAYU offers a mouthwatering array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with a delicious assortment of vegetarian and non-vegetarian treats, all of which are expertly crafted to blend in with the pub’s breezy rooftop setting and relaxed atmosphere.

Titled Summer Melange, this colorful new menu honors summer’s spirit with lightened-up versions of beloved classics and inventive culinary innovations. With its mouthwatering mango-infused dishes and refreshing beer cocktails, VAAYU offers a dining experience that is both memorable and perfectly captures the spirit of the season.

The menu on offer includes Kaacha Aam Kali Mirch Paneer Tikka, Grill Fish with Mango Salsa, and Mango Teriyaki Chicken Skewers, Basil Orange Snowy Shandy and Cranberry Orange Frozzy Sangria.

With its open-air rooftop terrace, warm atmosphere, and selection of drinking games—such as Jenga, Beer Pong, Flip Cup, and Darts—VAAYU welcomes patrons to unwind and enjoy the carefree vibe of summer.
