Thaliban Kitchen started its journey two years ago. The restaurant is the brainchild of Saikat Mondal and Madhumita Barik.

The food outlet offers amazing teas, mocktails, Mughlai dishes, Chinese dishes, and many more.

With the Durga Pujas coming up, the restaurant owners have come up with new offerings for patrons.

A-la-carte offerings include dishes like Awadhi Biryani to Kolkata Biryani. One of the USP of the Biryani found at this restaurant is that no food color is added to the dish. The dish is made using ghee and Indian spices. Hence it adds a great flavor to the dish.

Also available are Fish tikka, Paneer biryani, and more.

The Maharaja Roll is one of the highlights of Thaliban. The roll can be consumed by three people.

Also available is a Pulao with the aroma of the Biryani. This dish is a culinary innovation.

For Chinese food lovers, on offer are dishes like Chili chicken noodles, Hakka noodles, Chili garlic rice, and many more. Also available are different kinds of momos.

The restaurant offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

The restaurant will be open from 11 am till 2 at night.
